- We make use of a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to keep track of your blood sugar. (This is small wearable device that you can use while continuing with all your normal activities and sports - see here for an example.)
- I will help you get the right blood-sugar monitor for the challenge a week before the challenge starts.
- During the Challenge,I will give you individual feedback daily on your blood-sugar results.
- We will have three live sessions during the two weeks with plenty of opportunity for questions and comments
- We start with a live-session together - either in person or live online - with exact instructions. No preparation is needed.
- You can continue with your lifestyle and food-habits without making any changes at the start - there will be no prescribed diet.
- You will receive plenty of information on a daily basis so you can adjust what you are doing to change and impact your blood sugar.
- You will have the opportunity to see your life being transformed in a powerful way via a fun and precise process.

- Make a note of the start date and live sessions in your calendar. (Live sessions are recorded - you will have access to the recordings if you miss one.)
- Check-in with me if you have not heard from me within 3 days after your booking - I will help you get your CGM at the latest a week before the start.
- Start with the group on day one.

The ability to measure glucose spikes for everything I put in my mouth was fascinating! It was so interesting to even uncover sugar spikes in foods one would consider "healthy". This challenge has really raised my consciousness around the intake of all forms of sugar. I also discovered the significance of the best combinations of foods. I was particularly interested to see the effect that training, and fuelling for training such as running or swimming, has on glucose levels. I am going to experiment more with this. Was very insightful to be able to measure levels during the night as well. I loved mulling over the daily reports, and found this so interesting.
